As our British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, and some Ontario stores are temporarily closed for in-store shopping, we have provided alternative ways for you to get your wellness needs. Shipping and handling fees are subject to weight, dimensions and locations. Delivery times will depend on the specific order, method of shipping, and location. Please allow 2-5 business days for packages to arrive anywhere in Canada. Shipping costs may vary due to promotional events or other reasons without notice.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions of the designated carrier. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

If the package is seized by Customs for any reason, and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund or credit. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged on such returns where it is rejected by customs and deemed as illegal, or unclaimed.

We have chosen not to ship to some countries for a variety of reasons (our carriers do not deliver there, we have products that cannot be easily shipped to these countries or we have had a high rate of fraudulent orders coming from these countries). We regularly stock every item we carry. Occasionally, we may run out of certain products. In the event that one of your items is out of stock, we will not delay the rest of your order. Your order will be shipped immediately unless told otherwise. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock.
Damages and Shortages
The customer is responsible for checking the goods for shortage or signs of damage upon receipt of shipment. Claims for goods damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier and the customer must inform Bill Beauty & Health Products Ltd. of damage within 24 hours after receiving products. Investigation on damage will follow and return authorization will be considered for credit by us. Products exceeding 14 days from date of purchase will not be accepted for return, credit or free product in lieu of credit.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Products may be considered for return for a refund or exchange only if accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of purchase, and if returned to us in its original condition and packaging. All shipping costs related to returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. If we ship you an item other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to exchange or return it. Please contact us so we can exchange or return it for the correct item. Please contact us for authorization to exchange or to return it for the correct item. All return or exchange requests require prior authorization from Bill Beauty & Health Products Ltd. and the reason for return will be studied on a case-by-base basis. Customer is responsible to provide a legible & complete address (including street number, street, and if applicable, a unit number) and contact telephone number on the order form. There is no refund for lost orders due to an incomplete or wrong address or telephone number provided. Customer is solely responsible for any liability or extra shipping charges as a result of the aforementioned.
Customer is responsible to check with your local import authority before placing order as there are no refunds to orders that may be confiscated by an importing authority. All duties & taxes are to be paid by customer or recipient to claim custom held packages.
Customer must inform recipient to check the contents of their packages before signing for it.
For loss or missing products claims customer must provide proof of China airway bill for package claim.
